WRD embedded control replaced three separate control modules
in an existing x-ray film processor and provided enhanced quality
control and operating features. The single board unit controls process
speed and chemical bath temperature by integrating stepper motor,
RTD sensor, and PID control functions, and displays them on a remote
user interface. For enhanced quality control, the WRD unit provides
output to a remote printer for time/date stamps that includes process
parameter variables
